The MSBC pulpit committee has formulated a list of desired expectations compiled from our recent survey to be listed on our web site for ministers to review before they submit an application to us.  The list of desired qualities are:

Preferred age to be between 30 and 60

Possesses visionary leadership

Is community minded

Relates to a wide age range

Is willing to be a team player

Will be a teacher

Will engage in visitations

Will be highly motivated

Will be active in BMA local, state, and nationally
